It is a machine that manufactures the support sheet profiles, also known as reinforcement profiles, used to strengthen PVC profiles in various types of window production. It can work with galvanized sheet coils or black steel from 0.8 to 2 mm thickness, with speeds ranging from 0 to 60 m/min. Thanks to its fully automatic operation, it provides cost savings in labor and efficient production. Our machine consists of the following components:
1 - Uncoiler
2 - Sheet shaping unit (Rollform)
3 - Moving length cutting unit (Flying Saw)
4 - Stacking unit
5 - Control panel
